After the oil press is installed and commissioned on the customer's site, the customer needs to maintain the oil press regularly in order 

to ensure the normal use of the oil press in addition to the correct use of the oil press. The equipment maintenance contents are as follows:

1. Clean the machine pit and keep it dry and clean.

2. Check the position and level of the machine. The displacement shall not exceed 5mm and the level shall not exceed 2mm.

If it exceeds the limit, return to the proper position.

3. Clean the oil stains on the machine, especially the motor and hydraulic valve on the hydraulic station.

4. Check whether the hydraulic station and heat transfer oil are insufficient and whether the quality changes. Consider replacing or filtering.

5. Check whether the eight large nuts of the column are loose. If they are loose, tighten them again.

6. Focus on cleaning the dirt on the surface of the hot plate, keep it bright and clean, and apply anti-rust oil if possible. It is better 

to remove the mold and clean the mold separately. Clean the hot plate runner and hose.

7. Tighten the upper and lower and middle screws of the trapezoidal plate, and tighten the screws between the hot plate and the strip plate.

8. The interior of the electric cabinet and all circuits shall be free of water and dust. All internal and external power supplies 

in the electric cabinet are powered off. Check where the connector is aging and improve it in time.
